- Midday Practices (Tu, Thu):
- Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

This group is intended for swimmers for the purpose of training, fitness and
enjoyment of swimming. This program will focus on improving the swimmer's
form, endurance and speed for fitness, competition, open water swimming,
or triathlon. Structured workouts and oversight will be provided. Ages 18+
